Dallas Leadership Foundation (DLF) respects the experience of community leaders and their efforts to restore their neighborhoods. In support of their hard work, we partner with grassroots organizations to lend a hand and expand the impact already being made. Our approach to leadership development is to understand the call God has on the individual leader by intentionally cultivating a solid, substantive relationship before taking on a ministry event or program.
