History

Dallas Leadership Foundation (DLF) is a Christian non-profit organization founded in 1995 by Kathy Dudley, a nationally recognized urban missionary. Since its beginning, DLF has remained focused on three areas:

• Community Development
• Leadership Development
• Building of Strategic Partnerships

Through these initiatives, DLF serves as a bridge to connect diverse peoples, churches, and organizations energized by the love of Christ. Under the leadership of Wil McCall, DLF has marched forth in fulfilling its mission to equip individuals for the task of rebuilding disadvantaged communities by connecting resources to communities in need. Hence, those living in disenfranchised neighborhoods are being equipped to transform their communities from the inside out.
